1) Breath Deeply
first and formost the simplist thing, take a deep breath, no pain, no wheeze, no restrictions. Done Amazing
2) Run Apparently even with new lungs im just not very good at it, but it was still exilerating
3) Dance like no ones watching, when infact the whole rooms thinking your crazy. All the time
4) Pole Jam for hours Yes Yes Yes
5) Enter Pole competitions and show the world what i can do. Iv built my strength up enough but i dont feel i have the confidence yet
6) Re start dance class's when I get some time
7) Enter Dance comps
8) Get super fit, doin lots of different new things. Gym, Strech and Tone, LBT, Fitball, cycling, Rock climbing
9) Learn aerial silks and Hoop
I tryed this a while ago but my lungs just weren't good enough anymore so it got put on the back burner. Currently learning aerial silks. see no 16.
10) Go to cyprus, The Elysium Hotel
I had to cancel my wedding at the Elysium set later this year, because the doctors think i will be to ill to travel out there and lose all my money. This is going to be our honeymoon as soon as we can go
11) Go to thailand
It looks lush
12) Take kia for a really long amazing walk. All the time, love it
13) Go on a bike ride. I even brought an awsome bike!! I went on a 17mile one today!!!10/5/12
14) Foster children and teenagers on respite care. This is something I don't actually tell many people about but I would love to give older kids a break from difficult family situations, I think me and Stu live a fun lifestyle that would really suit older children, rock climbing, cycling. Lots of activity. I think It we could really help children out. I wish I could foster CF children but due to infection risk for me that will never be possible. Until I do this I just want to share my time and love with my nieces and nephews.
15) Pass my ETM Im currently studying it and always wanted to do it, but was to ill. So I thought It should go om here.
16) After learning aerial Hoop, create my own lessons and teach.
17) Get good at swimming again. After going swimming for the first time post TX I have decided I want to swim lengths again regularly. when my lung fucntion was 40% I was swimming 60 lenths an hour.
